Today marks a small accomplishment. We crossed our 1000th ticket today. Although relatively minor, I think it is a bit more significant when it gets broken down a bit more.

  • That is approx 31 tickets per day and about 4 every hour.
  • Those 1000 tickets have generated 1658 touches
  • We handle almost double the amount of tickets as compared to our industry average
  • With Response times Five times faster

The best part is we have not had a single negative review. Of course, I’m sure we will receive negative reviews in the future, but for now, I felt the need to brag about the team.
